June Goals
- Limit myself to 1500 calories
- Eat more vegetables and fruitsĀ
- Walk to NEX and buy own groceries if neededĀ
- Begin doing yoga
- Eat less junk SRSLY
- Spend more time outside/less time on computer
- NO MORE OVEREATING BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU CAN WORK IT OFF
Honestly, I’ve allowed myself to overindulge wayyyy too much. And I should not think that working out is gonna keep me healthy if i keep eating like that. June is going to be a new month that will be clean. I would also love to be able to improve on my push ups. AND start focusing more on my core to get abs.
